Compliance Reviews & Rules Education

Rules compliance must be recognized as critical to the overall soundness of any intercollegiate athletics program. Alden & Associates, Inc. can perform a review of your compliance program.

Our Associates will provide a comprehensive compliance evaluation for NCAA Divisions I and II institutions. For Division I schools, this evaluation will satisfy the requirements of Bylaw 23.2.1.3.

Each evaluation will include: (1) a pre-visit review of current compliance processes and procedures; (2) a visit to campus and (3) a written report noting both strengths and weaknesses/areas needing improvement. Areas that will receive detailed attention include, but are not limited to are: Organization and Structure, Booster Groups, Recruiting, Financial Aid, Eligibility Certification, Self-Reporting Process, Academic Support Services, Camps/Clinics, Playing/Practice, Complimentary Admissions and Rules Education.
