Introduction
 Consulting in higher education is
becoming increasingly common-place as more institutions recognize
and benefit from the services provided by experts in their fields.
Alden & Associates meets with institutional representatives during
an on-site visit and determines the needs of the college,
university, or athletic conference. We then go back to the drawing
board and create programs, plans, or systems which will be easy to
work with and highly adaptable to the user. We also annually
monitor and assess institutional changes, particularly in regards
to an institution's long range plan.
